Centrally located in Bois Colombes, the asset is perfectly positioned to benefit from a wide range of public transport, especially with SNCF train station only 450 meters away which allows the access to Paris-Saint Lazare in 7 minutes, and with the future station of “Grand Paris Express”.
This acquisition is part of the Elyseum Investment Group long-term ownership investment strategy which is focused on stable returns as well as the optimization of the profitability.
This transaction illustrates the continued growth of the real estate portfolio of Elyseum Investment Group, especially since the conclusion of various investment mandates during the past several months.
